Privacy and cookie policy

1. Data controller

The website www.elevalse.com is published by the association Les Cœurs-Ailés, which is the controller of the personal data collected on this site.

Address: Les Cœurs-Ailés, 56 Boulevard Victor Hugo, 92200 Neuilly-sur-Seine, France.
RNA: W922019951 — SIREN: 107415077
Contact: lescoeursailes@gmail.com

2. Data collected and purposes

  • Contact form: name, email address, subject and message, in order to answer your request. Legal basis: the association's legitimate interest in responding to requests sent to it.
  • Audience measurement (Google Analytics 4), only with your consent: pages viewed, visit duration, device and browser type, approximate location, traffic source and technical identifiers stored in cookies. Purpose: understanding how the site is used and improving its content. Legal basis: your consent.
  • Administrator area: email address and login data of site administrators, to secure access to content management.

External ticketing: bookings and ticket purchases for balls and workshops are made on a third-party ticketing platform, reached through the “Book” buttons. Data entered on that platform (identity, contact details, payment) is processed by the provider under its own responsibility and according to its own privacy information, which we invite you to read. The Elevalse website does not collect or store your payment data. The association receives from the platform the information needed to organise the event (notably first and last name, email address and tickets booked) and is responsible for that use.

3. Cookies and trackers used

Necessary (no consent required): storing your cookie choice (local storage, about 6 months), storing your chosen language (local storage), administrator login session (local storage, administrators only).

Audience measurement (with consent): Google Analytics cookies _ga and _ga_*, maximum lifetime 13 months. They are only set after you agree. Google signals and ad personalisation are disabled. No advertising tools are used on this site.

Fonts are hosted directly on the site: no request is made to the Google Fonts service.

4. Retention periods

Contact form messages: ordinary messages (questions, information requests) are kept for no more than 12 months after the last exchange, then deleted. Exchanges requiring follow-up (complaint, dispute, request related to a booking or to a legal obligation) may be kept for up to 5 years after the last exchange, matching the general French limitation period. Deletion is carried out manually by the association; it is not automated.

Cookies: your cookie choice is kept for about 6 months, after which you will be asked again. Google Analytics cookies expire after 13 months at most.

Google Analytics statistics: event data subject to the data retention setting of the Google Analytics 4 property is kept for 14 months. This setting does not necessarily apply to all data or to all aggregated Google Analytics reports.

5. Recipients and processors

Data is intended for authorised members of the association Les Cœurs-Ailés. It is never sold or transferred. Technical providers involved:

  • Netlify, Inc. (United States): website hosting;
  • Supabase, Inc.: database (contact messages, site content, administrator accounts);
  • Google (Google Ireland Ltd / Google LLC): audience measurement, if you accept it.

6. Transfers outside the European Union

Some of these providers are based in the United States or may process data there. These transfers are covered by the safeguards provided by the GDPR, in particular the EU–US Data Privacy Framework for certified companies and/or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, to withdraw your consent at any time, and to give instructions about your data after your death. To exercise these rights, write to lescoeursailes@gmail.com.

If you believe your rights are not respected, you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).

8. Changing or withdrawing your consent

You can change your choices at any time using the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page, or here: . Withdrawing consent immediately stops audience measurement and deletes Google Analytics cookies already set.
